What makes us different?

Independence – We are a non-broker affiliated consulting group. We work with agents and brokers but we are independently owned and operated. Our advice is not contingent on brokering your account. We work with you – as a liaison with your broker – so if you change agents we are still your consultant. We do not recommend specific agents/agencies, obtain any commissions and our fees are not contingent on who provides you with insurance coverage.

Honesty – is the core principal of our business. We are up-front and direct in our communication with you. We do not always deliver good news, we give you the total picture. As a consultant you have to be able to deliver the good with the bad and explain the options to your client’s openly and honestly.

Professionalism – We are consummate professionals – you are the client – you direct our service offerings. It is not our job to dictate or force services on you – we give you a road map, you put the intersections where you need them.

Knowledge – We strive to stay abreast of the ever changing Workers’ Compensation Laws. If we don’t have an answer to your question, we will tell you so, research it and get back with you. We endeavor to educate our clients. Workers’ Compensation Injury Management advice is only as good as the last court ruling – if we don’t maintain our knowledge – we can not provide you with effective strategies.
